1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions govern the participation in the Prize Draw organised by Greenwich Music School (“Organiser”).

1.2 By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingom, aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Employees of the Organiser, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

3.1 The Prize Draw will commence on 14th May 2024 and close on Sunday 2nd June (“Entry Period”).

3.2 To enter the Prize Draw, participants must have previously enrolled for lessons at Greenwich Music School and ended those lessons, either for themselves or a family member, and must submit a 'Ending lessons' survey response.

3.3 Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. Prize

4.1 The prize is a £20 Amazon voucher which will be delivered by email.

4.2 The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 The winner will be chosen by random draw using a spreadsheet with a random function formula, on Monday 3rd June.

5.2 The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using the details provided at entry) within 14 days of the draw date.

5.3 If a winner does not respond to the Organiser within 14 days of being notified, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Organiser will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

6. Claiming the Prize

6.1 The prize will be sent to the winner by post or email within 14 days of responding to the Organiser.

6.2 The Organiser is not responsible for any delays or failure to deliver the prize due to incorrect contact details provided by the winner.

7. General

7.1 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

7.2 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Organiser, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Organiser, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees.

7.3 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.

7.4 The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
